摘要
In this paper, a novel polarization insensitive frequency selective bianisotropic surface (FSBS) is presented. The unit cell is composed of a ring filed with multiple square loops and merged 45 degrees angular stubs while it is backed with a square patch. The simulation results show that the proposed FSBS provides absorption and partial reflection simultaneously on thirteen distinctive frequency bands ranging from C-band to K-band with maximum absorption of 99% on one side and 80% reflection from the other side. The FSBS presents a distinct feature of polarization insensitivity with angular stability up to 60 degrees against the oblique incidence of an arbitrarily oriented wave for both linear and circular polarization.
