摘要
Combined cooling heating and power (CUP) is becoming more attractive as a way to contribute to the reduction of energy use and emissions. Theoretical models for CUP systems are needed to evaluate and study their performance characteristics. A simplified thermodynamic model of a CHP system is presented in this paper. The natural gas actuation internal combustion engine with Diesel cycle is chosen as the prime mover. The thermodynamic process and calculation method of exergy loss of each component for distributed energy system with internal combustion engine have been determined. Some of the results show that the system is economically favorable. The total efficiencies of the system in summer and winter are 72.4% and 78.5%, respectively. The total exergy efficiencies of the system in summer and winter are 38.7% and 51%, respectively.
