摘要：

Firstly, the paper introduces China's development plan of energy and key points of developing energy briefly, and then, gives two examples of promoting China's strategic linking the sustainable development of energy with the technology innovation: Transporting technologies of UHVAC (Ultra High Voltage Alternating Current) organized by State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), Solar Photovoltaic cell (SPVC) developed by Suntech Corporation. Finally, the paper thinks that strategy combining the sustainable development of energy with technology innovation in China is just one developing the Smart Grid.
