摘要
As agricultural waste, vinegar and lees are a large number of generated annually, but there are many problems in use. As biomass, vinegar and lees can mainly conversed to be CO and H2. In this paper, two-stage gasification in water vapor was studied to make vinegar conversed to synthetic gas. Three groups of experiments are designed to study: vinegar in different vinegar water content, different amount of steam and vinegar quality different ratio (S/B) of vinegar. Two-stage gasification reactions were happen in different temperature and different contents of vinegar to synthesis gas were got. Compare and analysis the contents to get the best vinegar water content is 26.11; the best reaction temperature is 1000 similar to 1050; the best S/B is 1.5, in which the content of sysnthetic gas is maximum. This paper experimental and theoretical support for the follow-up study.
