Analysis on the Problems of the Internet Finance in the Field of Financial Intermediation

Due to the vacancy of regulation and the information asymmetry, the Internet fmance has exposed many problems in the development process. In this paper, by taking the problems of the fields such as network lending and public financing as examples, related measures were raised in terms of the aspects such as legislation, industry regulation and credit information system, in order to settle down the Internet finance problems.
