摘要
The purpose of this project is to design and develop a novel device which is capable of quickly extruding and injecting hydrogels, preferably capable of live cell entrapment, from the input of two solutions-one containing horseradish peroxidase and a modified chitosan, the other with hydrogen peroxide and modified chitosan. Several designs were drafted in SketchUp, 3D printed, and tested to assess the degree of homogeneity of the ejected hydrogel film.
