摘要：
Tularemia is a relatively rare and unique disease that occurs sporadically in the US today. Diagnosis of the disease is difficult with existing methods. The traditional treatment has been streptomycin, but recent shortages of this drug have forced the use of other antibiotics, most commonly gentamicin and doxycycline, with varying success.
