Properties of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 thin films grown by laser ablation

摘要
La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 (LSCO) epitaxial films were grown on neodimium gallate and strontium titanate substrates by laser ablation. The structure of LSCO was found to be tetragonally distorted, with the c/a ratio dependent on oxygen stoichiometry. Room-temperature resistivity of the LSCO films is 200 mu Omega cm The temperature dependence of resistivity exhibits metallic behavior. The obtained results demonstrate the feasibility of using LSCO layers as electrodes in PbZr1-xTixO3 capacitor structures.
