Resistance property and ventilation rate calculation of buildings with large openings

摘要
In this paper, through simulating the ventilation process of several cubic buildings with different large openings, we analyze the pressure distribution and the discharge coefficients of the inlet and outlet during the ventilation process, and find that the, resistance properties associates with the area and the relative position of the openings. Thus the paper presents a different view about the discharge coefficient and the pressure difference in the calculation of the ventilation rate. It is precise and practical that using different discharge coefficient at the different openings and the pressure at the position of the openings on the closed walls in the ventilation rate calculation.
