摘要
Urban waste water recycling has improved water resources shortage and water quality in the region, but the unlimited utilization has broken the water resources sustainable development in river basin. Haihe river basin water resources is seriously deficient, the article analyzes the waste water recycle based on ET control, taking Beijing as an example, and puts forward suggestions for water resources sustainable development.
