摘要
Among the administrative instruments made available to the Brazilian Government, for the concreteness of collective interests, the so-called public-private partnerships are found. The administrative appeal under discussion is, in many cases, in many cases, as the elected road for the provision of public services inherent in the management of urban solid waste, according to experiences spread in several counties of the country, with this article highlighting the experiences through the cities of Itu and Osasco, both from the state of Sao Paulo. The study was developed through exploratory and descriptive research to provide greater understanding of the investigated phenomena, characterizing a process of reflection and analysis of reality, in technical visits and interviews with managers. In the main results we weighed the motivations of choosing the PPP modality, the preparation of managers and training of public managers for implementation, collaboration between the public and private sectors in the initial process, the organizational process and in the models of inspiration. It is concluded that although there is a legal north to inspire the possible PPP's, such a formula does not house all cases, as there are wide the possibilities that present themselves to the fields in which they can be applied, confirming that the collaboration between the entities public and private consolidates through the experiences of each municipality.
