摘要
A useful framework for estimating the particle concentration and convective velocity is established by adaptation of surface rejuvenation model to the particle continuity and momentum equations of a nonisothermal turbulent flow with fully developed boundary. The proposed relationship for deposition rate of particles obtained on the basis of this model is expressed in the form of analytical equation, with inclusion of the effects of Brownian and turbulent diffusion, turbophoresis, and thermophoresis. The calculations of this equation has been coupled with appropriate estimates of these modeling parameters, and its solution has been found to be in good agreement with experimental values of particle deposition velocity for entire range of particle size.
