摘要
For developing and cultivating of complex 3D tissue cultures microfluidic perfusion systems are of crucial importance. The supplying and maintaining of the complex biologicalmicro-environment is ensured by integrated artificial vascular systems. The challenge consists in the application-specific dimensioning of these vessel networks as well as the determination of the operating parameters. For this a technology platform is presented which includes an application-specific simulation model and a validation system.
