摘要
Users of research are varied in their interests, capabilities and constraints. They include the media, policy communities, practitioners (teachers, social workers, and so on), business communities and parts of the third sector, as well as research managers. CRIS that seek to serve their needs should learn from the information resources that these people currently use. What are these services? What lessons can CRIS learn from them? This workshop will examine what we know about the answers to these questions, and reveal where there are gaps in our knowledge that could usefully be filled.
