摘要：
Medical informatics tasks are those tasks that are in the heart of health care practice. The aim of health reporting should be extended towards care for the population. A separate challenge is observed in modelling medical knowledge for different purposes. Teaching future medical practitioners how to reflect on their own health care practice is the greatest challenge for the specific interpretation of medical informatics.
