摘要：
The article suggests an author's approach to determination of the corporate relations' essence, of their influence upon the process of security maintenance in the joint-stock companies. The article studies the economic essence of corporate relations, the interrelation between the economic interests and the corporate relations is determined, their influence upon the formation of the security system of the joint-stock companies is defined. The legal essence of corporate relations is presented, and the analysis of these relations according to the Law of Ukraine "About joint-stock companies" is carried out.
