摘要：
this essay puts forward five stakeholder management strategies and their performance analyzing process. By using the stakeholder relationship (contracts), it describes and analyzes the stakeholder management strategies in two dimensions-research (exploration and exploitation) before a case and reaction (passively and actively) after the case.
