Current management in China manufacturing SMEs and more countermeasures

摘要：
Based on the survey conducted on small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises in different areas, different industries, of different types of ownership and scales, the paper made analysis on the current management in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and put forward relevant countermeasures for enhancement of corporate management levels with respect to their decision-making methods, structural pattern, top-end information application development, brand building, corporate cultural enhancement, and labor protection etc.
