摘要
Abstract Trigger thumb is one of the most common hand pathologies in toddlers. Its differential diagnoses are thumb-in-palm deformity, hyperflexible thumb, thumb hypoplasia, and congenital stiffness of the distal interphalangeal joint of the thumb. This article describes typical clinical signs of these different diseases in order to enable surgeons to make the correct diagnosis leading to the right treatment.
