摘要
The disaster sources in a city refers to the characters and the places of the pential disasters which may lead secondary disasters if they are attacked by impact or force from nature or man-made, these disasters include such as fire, floods, poison, gas leakiness, explosion, radio contamination, etc. Disasters, especially occur in the city, can cause a lot of harm to citizen's life and community facilities, so in order to ensure the safe of the city, it is very important to set up a evaluating system of the disaster sources in the city. Based on advanced GIS, which means Geography Information System, technology as locating, querying, calculating and analysis, the paper discusses the evaluating system of the disaster sources, as a example, in Tai'an city. By using this evaluating system, all the disaster sources can be quickly queried and located in city, and evaluated the possible effect extent of each disaster source based on the effects of attack, the paper presents the harmful grades of the disaster sources according to their occurance possibility and the influence scope in the incidence, the paper also shows the possible senerio of the disasters based on the GIS software.
