摘要
Electric Vehicles (EVs) have emerged as an optimistic substitute to commonly used automobiles. However, their practical application still faces challenges owing to accelerated ageing of Li - ion batteries. However, the degradation of battery occurs due to various factors that depend not only on the material and electrochemical performance but mainly on the driving patterns of EV user. Henceforth, in this paper, a Matlab Simulink model of a Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) is developed and critically analysed subjected to variegated Highway and Urban City driving patterns. Furthermore, the respective battery parameters are quantitatively compared and examined based on different drive cycles and environmental parameters such as wind speed and uphill driving.
