摘要：
The most valuable asset in the CPA industry is human resource, human resource management is an important part of the internal management mechanism in the CPA industry. Having excellent and competitive human resource development and management strategy, introducing and retaining rare talents, concerns with success or failure of accounting firm. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human resource management in Chinese CPA industry, then presents the human resource management innovation strategy in the industry.
