摘要
The ability of innovation is the key element to be succeeded for modern enterprises. Excellent human resource will help organization to create and implement innovation. A case study method is used in this research and tries to find the transformation and the trend of human resource management in this era of innovation. A preliminary result will provide the referent for the future study and the practices.
