摘要
In order to determine the relationship between the collision speed and the crack radius of the windshield during the collision of pedestrians and vehicles, the Finite Element model of the crack propagation of the windshield, the multi-body model of the collision between pedestrians and vehicles, and the improved coupling model were constructed. On this basis, the impact of the constructed parameters on the collision response was analyzed and the reasonable parameters were determined. Furthermore, the validity of the model was verified by the actual accident cases. By the collision simulation with a speed of 10-15m/s and a deceleration of 6m/s(2), the radius of the annular crack under the corresponding collision condition and an empirical formula for the collision velocity and the radius were obtained. The conclusions can provide new ideas and methods for the reconstruction of collision speed.
