An Active Vibration Isolation System Using Piezoelectric Unimorph Actuators

摘要
In this paper, a curved shape actuator made by a new manufacturing method, and a vibration isolation system using unimorph actuators are investigated. The boundary conditions for higher induced displacements of the actuators were studied. By stacking unimorph actuator layer, a smart vibration isolation system with improved load capacity was proposed. The dominant dynamics of the vibration isolator can be assumed as a single degree of freedom system, and the positive position feedback(PPF) controller as well as negative velocity feedback(NVF) controller was applied for active vibration control. About 20dB vibration reduction of the system was achieved near the resonant frequency region in spite of changes in dummy weight.
