摘要：

China apparel industry, which is deeply embedded in the global production network (GPN), faces the great pressure of industrial upgrading. Based on the survey of Ningbo apparel industry, the paper indicates the strategy and performance of upgrading in China apparel industry. And the cases studies further indicate the upgrading trajectory.
