摘要
In this paper, a global fast terminal sliding mode controller (GFTSMC) based on a backstepping design is proposed for MEMS torsional micromirror system. Without hardware redesign, it's an attractive way to improve the accuracy of tracking reference trajectory and guarantee convergence in limited time. Considering the importance of timeliness in engineering applications, while not only ensure robustness, GFTSMC but also guarantee the system reach equilibrium in finite time. In addition, system's stability can be analyzed by using Lyapunov function. Through simulations, it's observed that under GFTSMC, both robustness and timeliness of system can be guaranteed.
