A Decision Model Based on VE to Optimize the Reverse Logistics Strategy

摘要
Reverse logistics has been stretching out worldwide. Many companies employed the reverse logistics strategy to get key competence. In this paper, we developed a decision model based on Value-Engineering theory to optimize the reverse logistics strategy. To do so, the key performance indicators of the reverse logistics strategy were established under the guide of the enterprise's strategy object. Then each strategy was evaluated by Value-Engineering method. The optimized strategy was presented. according to the result of the strategies' relative performance evaluation. At the same time, the the main operation of the model was demonstrated.
