摘要：
College graduates had become the main labor in the market economy. With the development of times, College students' employment problem had attracted much attention. How to deal with the problem of College Students' employment is the need of national development, the key to a country' take-off, and the main power of social progress. Here we give some advice for the employment of university students, based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of employment among college students.
