Research on Ecological Compensation of Natural Reserves in Heilongjiang Province

Ecological compensation is a kind of environmental economics approaches that can relieve the contradictions between tourism resource exploitation and ecological protection to a certain degree. The development of nature reserves has made great progress in the amount and quality in Heilongjiang province. However, there still exist some problems such as insufficiency of expenditure, increasingly contradictions between natural resources protection and economic and social development, and increased conflicts between nature reserves and community. Therefore, this paper explored the ways of ecological compensation from subject and object, standard, method and capital source, so that attainment sustainable development of nature reserves in Heilongjiang province.
