摘要：

Tourism estate is a new type of industry which is the combination of tourism industry and real estate industry. It has been the hot spot of tourism development research. This article analyses the meaning, condition and current situation of developing tourism estate. And it discusses the ideas of promoting tourism estate development in Heilongjiang province.
