摘要：

We study a family of non-simple Lie conformal algebras W(a, b, r) (a, b, r is an element of C) of rank three with free C[partial derivative]-basis {L,W, Y} and relations [L lambda L] = (partial derivative + 2 lambda)L, [L lambda W] = (partial derivative + a lambda + b)W, [L lambda Y] = (partial derivative + lambda)Y, [Y lambda W] = rW and [Y lambda Y] = [W lambda W] = 0. In this paper, we investigate the irreducibility of all free nontrivial W(a, b, r)-modules of rank one over C[partial derivative] and classify all finite irreducible conformal modules over W (a, b, r).
