摘要：
An efficient and simple synthesis of biologically important C-2 alpha-furyl substituted quinolines and isoindolo[2,1-a]quinolines using the same 2-(alpha-furyl)-4-(2-oxopyrrolid inyl-1)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolines prepared by imino Diels-Alder reaction was reported.
