摘要：

This thesis first summarizes other scholars' papers with analyzing the circumstances for every contract, and then introduces the option contract model because of the characters of the catenation management so as to study the collaboration mechanism in it. At last, uses an actual example to prove that the option contract indeed can optimize the supply chain of the catenation management mode.
