摘要
The paper briefly introduces the research literature Of the western customer relationship management in aspects of the resource, concept and execution etc., and points out the partial inadequacies in the existing literature and practical implementation. With the application of customer relationship management in Chinese aluminum industry, this paper offers certain practical reference for the research direction of the potential customer relationship management, especially in the research of unprofitable customer management.
