摘要：
The authors present a case of laparoscopic repair of a symptomatic Morgagni hernia in an adult patient. The Indication for surgery was based on symptoms of dyspnea and sensation of thoracic tightness. A tension-free closure of the defect using a Marlex(R) mesh was carried out. Recovery was quick and uneventful. One year after surgery, no complaints were noticed. Aetiology, diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
