摘要
In order to accurately analyze the slip between friction lining and wire rope, the thermoviscoelastic constitutive relation of friction lining was studied. The sliding contact characteristics were analyzed Based on the generalized Kelvin model, the thermoviscoelastic constitutive model was established with the consideration of temperature. The thermal mechanical property parameters were investigated by the dynamic mechanical analysis. Furthermore, their fitting equations are gained by multiple regression analysis which agree well with the variation rules of dynamic mechanical properties. Therefore, the thermoviscoelastic constitutive model of friction lining is obtained by theoretical and experimental analysis, which supply the theory with the study of thermo-stress coupled behavior.
