摘要
SOFC basic technology research was initiated in NEDO in 1989. In 2004, NEDO started SOFC system (several 10-100 kW classes) development. In this 4-year project, there are two programs on development of systems and on basic technology for future SOFCs. By 2007, we will develop a several-10 to 100 kW class cogeneration demonstration plant. We will also develop a prototype SOFC-GT combined cycle system, 200 kW class. Additionally, we will proceed with the development of future, low-cost, high-durability and high-efficiency SOFCs. This paper summarizes status of the national project for SOFC development in Japan
