The results of the analysis demonstrated the following: First, both distributive justice and procedural justice resulted in an increase in organizational commitment. Second, procedural justice resulted in an increase in public service value. However, distributive justice resulted in a decrease in public service value. Third, in relation to organizational justice and commitment, the mediated effect of public service value was statistically significant.
