摘要
Using observations of the Soft Gamma-Ray Repeaters (SGRs) SGR 1900+14, SGR 1806-20, and SGR 0526-66 with the Chandra Xray Observatory and other facilities, we find that only SGR 0526-66 is plausibly associated with a supernova remnant. However, the locations of all three SGRs are consistent with regions of massive star formation.
