Recently much has been considered for integrating innovation strategy into the corporate strategy. In the rapidly changing world, how the firms reorganize their structure to match the innovation and technological strategy has been becoming the urgent agenda for firms' sustainable competitiveness. This paper aims at the presence of consideration of innovation strategy oriented R&D reorganizing. First, it presents the considerations for innovation strategy-oriented R&D reorganizing, namely, flexibility for internal knowledge management; suitability for external technical and social changes; accessibility of innovation resources including technological collaboration and outsourcing. Second, it builds the framework of innovation strategy-oriented R&D organization evolution, and comments that R&D reorganizing is based upon the interaction among internal technological capacities, external climate and innovation strategies. Finally, the case study-in China is presented finally to design the integrated R&D organization that focuses on the organizational learning capabilities in the future.
