Measurement index system & synthetic measurement model of supply chain performance

Over the past decade supply chain(SC) and supply chain management(SCM) have been studied and practiced. While there are many ongoing research efforts on various aspects and areas of SC and SCM, so far little attention has been given to the performance measurement and to the evaluating measure system of SC. This paper systematically reviews the current study state of supply chain performance measurement(SCPM) and presents the existing problems. Based on a literature survey and systematic engineering, a systematical performance measurement index system of SC is built for measuring the overall SCR Finally. based on AHP approach and fuzzy analysis by synthesis, the paper builds a synthetic measurement model of SCR.
