摘要：
By using the n-th primitive unit roots over complex field and_decomposition of a quaternion matrix, the left and right eigenvalues of the n-by-n quaternion circulant matrix are described. At the same time, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the invertible of quaternion circulant matrix are obtained. Finally, the expression of the solution on left eigenvalues inverse problem of quaternion circulant matrix is given.
