Research on the evaluation of the large scale construction project decision-making mechanism

The result of the project is established by the quality of the decision-making stage instead of the implementation sta e. A scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism call support correct decision fundamentally, which must be improved from four subsystem,, which are procedure subsystem, method subsystem, organization subsystem and condition of the decision-making environment. This paper researches the decision-making system of four large scale engineering projects which are the Three Gorges Project. the Guangzhou Pumped Power Station Project, the San Men Xia Station Project, and the ZhuHai Airport Project. Through the DEA method analysis, the conclusion shows the scientific input system of decision-making mechanism.
