摘要：
According to the characteristics of building products and operation objectives setting by enterprise, construction enterprises present the following series of activities orderly: project contracting, planning, management, and achievements evaluation in the production process of construction projects. These constitute the project management and decision-making system, so as to achieve the business objectives.
