摘要：
One year after Amplatzer(TM) device closure of an atrial septal defect, an aortic to left atrial fistula was diagnosed in a patient who developed a new onset murmur with no other symptoms. The fistula was closed with a 4-mm Amplatzer Septal Occluder(TM) during a transcatheter procedure, avoiding the need for cardiac surgical repair. (C) 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
