摘要
This study investigates the performance and the indoor thermal environment of hybrid desiccant cooling driven by CHP under four representative ambient conditions, using TRNSYS. Less regeneration heat was required in order of hot and dry, cool and thy, hot and humid, and cool and humid conditions with 0, 1.5, 4.9, and 6.1 kW, respectively. Cooling capacity was shown in 6.8, 5.3, 4.9, and 3.5 kW in order of hot and humid, cool and humid, hot and dry, and cool and dry conditions. The COP followed the same trend as the regeneration heat with the ambient changes from 2.6 to 0.7 because the change in the regeneration heat was more significant than that in the cooling capacity. In contrast, COPPURPA and COPPRIMARY are higher in order of hot and dry, hot and humid, cool and dry, and cool and humid ambient conditions due to values and factors between heat and electricity proposed by PURPA and certificate of building energy efficiency level.
