摘要
To clarify the difference in genes expressed in liver metastasis and peritoneal dissemination, a broad analysis of differential gene: expression analysis between parental cell lines and established metastatic sublines was performed using cDNA microarray. A great number of genes were differentially expressed in metastatic sublines and then compared with each parental cell line. Moreover, 22 genes were identified as potential key genes that could clarify liver metastasis and peritoneal dissemination. Further study will be required; these results provide a new insight into the study of liver metastasis and peritoneal dissemination of pancreatic cancer cells in humans.
