Phase transition in ZrV2Dx (I)

摘要
In this paper, ZrV2Dx(0 < x <= 3.60 was prepared, and analyzed by XRD. The parameters of their structures were given by computation. The results show that at the room temperature, when x <= 3.28 in ZrV2Dx, the structure of ZrV2Dx keeps the C15 type laves phase with the increase of the deuterium, and the space group is Fd-3m, no phase transformation appears. But when x >= 3.41, the structure of ZrV2Dx change into the bct structure, and the space group is I41/a. Technical base of the application of ZrV2 will be provided.
