摘要：
Through a detailed description of venture capital market, especially the analysis of the existing problems with the current circumstances of venture capital investment development in China as a reference, this article puts forward that the operational mechanism of the venture capital market should be established It also outlines the essentials of this mechanism Thus it concludes that venture capital market should not be developed blindly and the operational mechanism needs attention and studying.
